Brush Creek will be composed of a 42 home luxurious community, built within a small, high-end area located in south Denton. The neighborhood will be just west of the town of Argyle and inside Argyle ISD’s borders

Pilot Point estates is a 20 acre property that we successfully platted into 16 one-acre lot gated community. This property was successfully approved in 2024 and in the process of being developed.
Sherman Commons Gas & Retail Center
At the intersection of Hwy 75 and Shepherd Drive, Cana Capital in partnership with Net7 Real Estate has acquired 6.5 acres of prime frontage land across from Texas Instruments new manufacturing facility. Adjacent to an 1800 unit apartment project that is underway, Cana Capital and Net7 Real Estate will develop this tract into a Gas Station - Convenience Store and Retail Center.
Stuart’s Paint and Body - Grapevine TX
Cana Capital in partnership with Net7 Real Estate and Quality Collision Company will develop a new greenfield program for Stuart’s Paint and Body. The first location will be in the heart of the great city of Grapevine, Texas. Stuarts Paint & Body is a collision repair facility known for servicing high-end cars. The facility will occupy more than 24,000 square feet and have 19 covered parking spaces for storage. Coming Soon in 2025!
