AutoPark Dallas recently relocated from Addison to Lewisville, TX. Cana Capital restored and redesign the space, from an old Billiard Outlet to a premium car dealership. The 15,000 sq. ft. building now has a 3,000 sq. ft. showroom and retail space, and a 12,000 sq. ft. indoor warehouse fitting roughly 80 vehicles
Stuart’s Paint and Body - Grapevine TX
Cana Capital will be bringing a collision repair facility known for servicing high-end cars, Stuart’s Paint and Body, to Grapevine. The facility will occupy more than 23,000 square feet and have 19 covered parking spaces for storage. Coming Soon in 2025!

At the intersection of Hwy 75 and Shepherd Drive, Cana Capital in partnership with Net7 Real Estate has acquired 6.5 acres of prime frontage land across from Texas Instruments new manufacturing facility. Adjacent to an 1800 unit apartment project that is underway, Cana Capital and Net7 Real Estate will develop this tract into a Gas Station - Convenience Store and Retail Center. Coming Soon in 2025!
